Cochise 110 Ski Boot - Men's

Everyone and their mom seems to be heading into the backcountry these days, and you sure as shootin' don't want to be left out of the conversation when everyone's talking about how sick it was out there. Fortunately, with the Tecnica Cochise 110 Ski Boot, accessing the goods is easier than ever, and with awesome downhill performance and a 110 flex, you can rip up the resort, too.

On the way up, the Cochise is ready to charge. The Cuff Mobility System switches from ski to hike mode with the flip of a switch, unhinging the cuff from the lower boot to provide a wide range of motion while keeping your ankle secure with a Power Lock upper buckle and power strap. Interchangeable soles are also available with the Cochise, so you can ride your alpine setup or opt to get super tech and switch to a fully-rubberized AT system with no need for new boots. If you're scrambling up some exposed rocks on a ridge or skating down an icy parking lot, the rubberized heel and underfoot Arch Grip pad will keep you from ending up on your butt or in pieces at the bottom of a rocky slope.

Once you reach the top, switch back into ski mode, adjust the rear spoiler to suit your hard-charging stance, tighten up your buckles, and crush your line. You can enter sketchy zones with confidence, knowing that you've used the dual rivets to fine-tune your cuff alignment and that the light Triax plastic will flex consistently no matter the temperature, or punch airs with impunity, secure in the knowledge that the heel shock absorber will help cushion any firm landings and the rear iRebound metal insert will provide stability. Once you're back to the lodge or car, taking your boots off is easy, thanks to the Quick Instep soft plastic insert and hinged buckle catch that allow the shell to open wide and let your foot slide out of the shell.
