Agent 90 Ski Boot - Men's

Tecnica developed the Agent 90 for the advanced freeride skier looking for a stiff, comfortable boot. The Agent 90 combines a mid-stiff shell with cushy interior accommodations so you can kill it in comfort.

  • UltraFit theromoldable liner with fur fleece lining makes your foot and ankle feel like you’re standing barefoot in hot pudding.
  • The 102mm last works well for guys with big feet
  • The rubber tongue pad is secured is adjustable so you can place it where you need it or remove it completely
  • The soft boot board absorbs shock at the soles of your feet
  • A shock-absorbing rear spoiler is adjustable to customize fit, or it can be removed

Bottom Line: Helping you act like that last landing didn’t hurt.

Can you tell me if this boot runs true to size? Also, is it narrow, wide or just "normal"?

Thanks

Tecnica boots run pretty true to size for the European standards. The Agent 90 is a low volume boot, meaning there is less room in this boot than the Dragon series. It is a little narrow, but easily remedied with a boot-fitting session in your favorite ski town.

Great boots. Super comfortable. A little on the soft side for a 90 flex, might upgrade to the Agent 110 in the near future. Not a problem though, just buckle them down tight and they work perfectly. Not the warmest boots I have ever worn though.

Write your question here...The instructions for the canting adjustment

Write your question here...The instructions for the canting adjustment on these boots are very vague. I feel like the stock setting forces my balance point too far back even when I really concentrate on leaning forward. I want to adjust them for a more forward lean. Can this be accomplished with the canting adjustment or is there some other way get my weight further forward?

Jeff-

The Agent series was designed with freeriders in mind...that being the case, the Agent 90 boot is made for folks who may be looking to do some 'switch' skiing (backwards!). The stock cant allows for a more comfortable stance in the park and while sending it switch down your favorite run.

You can use the included canting adjustments to achieve a slightly more forward stance, but if you really want to dial it in, take your boots in to your local boot fitter. Check the back of your cuffs too, as they have an adjustment for forward lean using the hex key included with the boots.

great boots! very comfy. some of the most comfortable boots iv ever worn. even better than with intuitions not as warm though. my only issue with these boots are that there a little to soft in the flex department. have to tighten up the buckles half way through the day. but if you keep em snug they work well if not they fall to like a 70 flex.... i might trade next year for the agent 110's just because of the flex.
