Heads up.

Everything that came in the box with your Garmin cycling computer is fully capable of mounting the computer to your stem and getting you on your way, but the viewing angle is admittedly less than ideal, and the rubber bands that secure the mount to your stem are an accident waiting to happen. Enter the Bar Fly Garmin Computer Handlebar Mount -- a solution to a genuine need, and a warming success story of American entrepreneurship.

The stock Garmin mount was also seriously lacking in aesthetic appeal, as its somewhat awkward placement was neither aerodynamic, nor befitting of a carbon fiber race bike. Part of what makes the Bar Fly such a joy to use, is that the flush positioning creates an elegant and seamless transition into your cockpit, while also perching just within view at any quick glance, whether you're in the drops or powering out of the saddle.

After several prototype stages, designer Woody Tate settled on Delrin to produce the Bar Fly. Delrin is a confident composite polycarbonate that is both lightweight, but exceptionally more durable than plastic. The mount is designed to fit any Garmin models with the 'twist' style back, including: the 200, 500, or Edge 800 units.

The Bar Fly was designed in Marin, California and is proudly made here in the USA. It comes in Black, and is designed to fit the oversized 31.8mm clamp portion of your bars.
