Well, I've been skiing in these for a number of years now. They breathed great for the first few seasons, now after long skis I do notice that I can get a little damp. The side zip is nice for cooling off your legs without taking off your boots/pants. The windproofing/waterproofing has also broken down, but that is to be expected after four Wisco winters. I'd for sure buy them again, and recommend them to anyone who skis.
