I use the 200 grit to remove burrs before filing. Works well. Haven't had to buy new files for more than 2 seasons.

I use this to remove work hardened burrs before using a file. Does the job. I haven't ruined my files yet.

No dimensions on the sales data. Bad!! Will these files work with a Toko guide and are they value for money?

Should work for a TOKO giuide. Same manufacturer (Toko owned by SWIX). It's hard to justify the price. Swix is a name brand and comes at a premium. That said, I have a Swix and three economy stones. The Swix is holding on very well, whereas the others are pretty beat up. Not conclusive though, my Swix is 400 and the others are 100-300.

Great addition to any tuning kit. Works just as advertised, I got the universal grit file to knock of the burrs after taking a file to my edges and it made them smoother than silk, sharper than hell, and allowed me to go faster than anyone should ever want to go with no fear of not being to hold an edge.

Use this as the finishing touch after your file. This will remove those final burs left by your file for razor sharp race edges.

What grit is the universal?

Somewhere between their coarse red (200) and their white fine grit. They don't list it but the universal has a different pattern on it so the grit has less contact with the edge. I would call it about a medium grit.
