Any way to also use this profile to wax/tune downhill skis also? And does BC sell the folding legs?

Pro Tuning for the Home

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

If you're serious about ski tuning at home, this is the best way to bang out multiple tunes in a snap. I don't just have to look after my ski's, if mine need new wax then my wife's do too. I can line up 4 skis and hold them firmly while I clean the base, wax and scrape. There are no obstructions for your iron or tools, you get seamless pulls from tip-to-tail. A must have for the person who enjoys maintaining your own ski's. This will pay itself off in just a few tunes and you'll be amazed at how fast you can work with Pro tools. For sure beats dropping at a shop and waiting overnight. Crack open an adult beverage, get the iron hot and get involved with your equipment.

golden standard in home profiles

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

If you want fast skis at home, you need a good profile. The travel vice is a good start, but this makes everything faster, more even, and safer for your skis. Clamp is good, length fits in a ski bag, and mounting is almost universal with a couple of clamps. Easy transition between bike and wax bench with this puppy.
