Swiftwick Aspire Four Sock

When we slip into a pair of Aspire Socks, we immediately feel that they're tailored for our feet. The arch band offers snug support in the midfoot, and the Y-shaped heel contour assures no bunching or overstretched feeling in the back. The micro-crew height makes them feel great in inclement weather when a bit more coverage may keep grit and dirt from falling down into your socks as it gets thrown up from the front wheel. In addition, the taller cuff height, along with the multiple knitting patterns in the footbed and cuff, adds to the compression nature of the socks to promote blood flow in the feet and lower legs. And as you might guess, improved vascular performance means reduced fatigue and speedier recovery.

Could this be the greatest cycling sock?

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

These socks are solid. I cycle 7,000+ miles a year and wear these all the time. No blisters, hotspots and I have used these for 112 mile without issue. Did I mention they are made in the USA?!

Pro's 1. Swiftwick style names makes it easy to know exactly what you are getting. The four in the name means it is a 4" height sock. No guessing or surprises on what a "mid calf" length sock is so I really appreciate it and wish every brand would do this. 2. These are the best non-merino wool socks I've tried. No more 6 pack socks for me, these really are great. 3. The top section really hugs your leg, you don't have to pull them up once you put them on. Con 1. Seems to attract hair and debris easily, but not enough to not give it 5 stars 4" length socks are perfect, wish there were more options. Not too short and not too long, but still gives you the look and protection you want. Highly recommend

Great socks!

Really comfortable, medium-weight socks. Fit true to size. Hug the foot nicely around the arch and the ankle. Seams are well-placed so I can never imagine you'd get a blister with these. Well worth the price.

some of the best

Familiarity:

i think it takes a cyclist or even runner, a bit to figure out how important socks are. Don't mess around with cheap crap. Swiftwick makes some of THE best out there. the aspire might be my favorite, the four is my favorite length.

Best Cycling Socks Ever Purchased!

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Gave the blue version a try after reading the many positive reviews and was not disappointed. Fit is perfect. Feels great on the feet, even after a long ride in 60 degree temps. Quality seems top-notch. Made in the good ol' US of A. The best pair of cycling socks purchased in 27+ years!

Amazing!

Fits great, feels great, it's just great! No chaffing compared to the various other socks I've had. Their guarantee is one of the few corporate promises that held up their end of the bargain.

Best Socks!

Familiarity:

Tried a few brands and Swiftwick is hands down the best fit I've found (at least for a woman). They're snug and stay up but don't cut off circulation. No bunching. Loved these so much that I just bought a bunch of the Pursuit version for winter riding in Boston. Thanks for making these great socks swiftwick!

These socks are obviously very pricey, but I love them. Favorite riding socks to be honest. I don't know if they're "worth the price," but they're noticably better than the other three socks I have (priced at: 4$,6$,9$).
