Developed to protect cyclists from the daily deluges of their coastal British Columbia headquarters, the design gurus at Sugoi developed the Sugoi RSX NeoShell Men's Jacket to keep rain and outside moisture from dampening your core without soaking you in perspiration during heavy aerobic activity.

What makes the RSX NeoShell stand out from other waterproof-breathable jackets is its Polartec Neoshell membrane, which is actually air permeable. Polartec Neoshell relies on much lower levels of internal pressure exchange than standard waterproof-breathable membranes, increasing the amount of water vapor transported through its sub-micron membrane. Ultimately, this speeds-up evaporation of perspiration, all while blocking outside moisture and 99.9% of wind from working inside and chilling your core.

Unlike many breathable softshells, the Polartec Neoshell features an admirable 10k waterproof rating, courtesy of its Polartec Neoshell membrane, moisture-shedding DWR treatment, and fully taped seams. Its detachable hood conveniently stows within a rear pocket, allowing you to customize your coverage during quick-changing conditions. Hook-and-loop cuffs and a drawcord-closure, drop-tail rear hem keep outside moisture and trail spray from seeping inside. Other features include a handy zippered chest pocket for storing trail snacks and accessories, as well as reflective elements for enhanced visibility at night.
