falls short of expectations

I am 5'11" and bought the size medium.
It does what it says, good stretch, and moisture wicking, but for me it runs small.
Also, the pockets run a bit small and is sewn in to the pants so you cannot move them around . But, if your running it reduces the movement of things in them.
