I haven't had a problem with them being a bother at all. Sometimes the skirt part will go a little higher than it is supposed to but since there are shorts underneath, it isn't a problem.

Cute style, and really well made. But their "non-bulky" cushioning was WAY too cushioned for me and I returned it. I didn't want to walk around completely bowlegged.
