Sugoi 42K Short - Women's - 2008 BCS

These are great running shorts in all sense. They are super lightweight, get dry super fast. Particularly like the inner liner as it is super comfy. The pockets are great for keeping the car keys or some money. They have the right length allowing your thighs to move freely without being too short.

I got these in two colors and really like them. The split goes all the way to the band, which isn't obvious in the pictures. But there is plenty of overlap, so they aren't indecent. Also, they are fairly low rise, which I think is great, but if you are someone with a longer rise, they might be uncomfortable.
The velcro on the pockets isn't super secure. I haven't lost anything out of them, but i can imagine that if you ran hard enough, long enough, a gel or such could work its way out.
The sizing seems pretty accurate to me.

Added a star- I find I wear these all the time. On one really long sweaty run the elastic on the liner, around the leg, outside of the thigh rubbed me a bit raw. I think if I had been paying attention I could have folded it under so the elastic was covered. But other then that these are my favorite shorts. My favorite thing is that they are short enough not to rub on the front of my thighs.

These are great running shorts. I like how high the cut is up the side, as it adds to ease of movement. They have a nice low cut also. The material is soft and keeps me cool, and they seem well made. I got them in red, which is a great color.
