These are the smoothest feeling shorts I have ever ran in. The liner is tops, and the 2 back pockets are big enough to throw a few gels in for some of your longer runs. They're pretty short which is awesome for maximum range of motion, but you'd better not be bashful about showing off some skin!

great - and they have pockets as well, they will fitt a few dog treats or power gells, or your mp3 player (could get moist as you work it).

I'd say no, not good for cycling. You'll want something with padding to protect all your soft tissues in the saddle.

I'd imagine that you've either gotten or given up on these shorts by now, but as for cycling, it depends on your preference. There's absolutely no padding in the er... important areas... but I've never come across running shorts that do. They've got a real nice split up the side and are super light, but I'd want some padding if I were going to be doing any riding in these.

Some split shorts ride up and make you feel like you're flashing the world. These give you a full range of motion without exposing your goods. I liked them so much, I bought a second pair.
