My wife liked the soft fabric but ended up returning it not only because it was too big in general, but also because the the "rise" (vertical height) of the sports bra was really big/long for her short torso.

Let's talk about what makes a good sports bra:
1) Room for two. Women were made with two boobs, not one....so why is it that so many sports bras insist on squeezing your girls together into one smashed, square shaped, uni-boob?

2) Padding. When it comes to padding, I feel a little bit like Goldilocks. Too much padding in a sports bra is ridiculous, too little and I feel like I need to cover up. I need just the right amount.

3) Support. A good sports bra needs enough stretch so you can be comfortable for hours and be able to breath, but it can't be too loose or even the smallest girls are bouncing all over the place. We want support, while still being able to move.

4) Breathability. When you peel off your bra after a long hot yoga session the last thing you want is to find out your plums have turned to prunes. A bra HAS to breathe, and keep all that moisture off your skin.

Support for me isn't a big issue, I'm a pretty flat chested girl, so I've even ran in this and I've been just fine. Bustier girls probably want to save this for yoga or climbing.
