Great for College
Sierra Designs Hurricane Parka - Women's

I got my jacket a few weeks ago, and I have already used it many times since I moved. The jacket doesn't let any water get on you at all and does not soak up the water like some jackets. In other words, I love this jacket!!! It has made my start in college a lot nicer on those rainy days.
