Mountain House Lasagna with Meat Sauce - 2 Serving Entree

I am not sure how they do it but the House Lasagna with Meat Sauce tasts just like homemade. It is by far my favorite back packing meal.

Mountain House Potatoes 'n Beef - 2 Serving Entree

The House Potatoes 'n Beef is a close second on the best lightweight backpacker meal. House Lasagna with Meat Sauce is first. I don't think that either are large enough for two but afte a long day of hiking it sure hits the spot.
