How easy is it to switch between the different resistance settings? Can you do it while strapped in or atleast on the slope?

I agree with everything everyone has writen about this hat but the sizing does not seem to be very consistant. My sister like this hat and got one for herself and it seemed like a completely different size of hat even though they are one size fits all. Still awsome.

go to scarpa's website they have a conversion chart. they also have one on this its the (sizing chart) 42.5 by the way.
