Nixon Duke Watch
March 10, 2006
I got this watch in brown, and I love it. I've had it for over a year, and it keeps on chugging. I've had an accident: I forgot to take it off before getting into a hot tub; nothing serious happened. The strap possibly got a bit lighter in color, but there has never been any fogging or time error, so it's all good. The crystal cover is nearly impossible to scratch, but I have three small nicks, so it isn't indestructible. Okay, it does have a few potential flaws, depending on how you see them. The strap, both wide and leather, locks in sweat, which works up quite a smell, which manages to jerk me awake no matter how tired I am. There is also a rubbery seam covering on the edges of the strap which I peeled off after a week. I do love this watch.

I got this watch in brown, and I'm by no means disappointed. I've had it for over a year, and it keeps on chugging. Even though I've had an accident where I've forgotten to take it off before getting into a hot tub, nothing serious happened. The strap possibly got a bit lighter in color, but there has never been any fogging or time error, as far as I can tell.
