Mion Fast Canyon Shoe - Men's

I recently used these on a 10 day Quetico canoe trip. First I had to replace the cord locks that came on the shoe, which would not tighten(from some Salomon ski boots). The tightening system was very difficult to use, buta I thought that with use it might loosen. Not so. The only strap that would tighten pushed the heel piece against the achilles area. Blister after first 5 portages. The good? The sole construction and material were excellent. Good grip ;and support. The molding insoles were also very comfortable. They obviously spent some time designing this shoe. Hard to understand how they would try selling it with such obvious flaws. After the trip I tried to free up the laces and needed a pliers to get the lace to move at all. Do not buy this shoe

Good for more than water

Great water storage bags. In addition on Quetico canoe trips we frequently carry wine in these. There's no flavor given off by the bag, and as it collapses as the contents are used, the wine stays great tasting as the bag is emptied.
