The wife and I have these on our commuter bikes and they work well for street commuting (not powerful enough for off-road). Nice lights.

My hunch is a Northwave 42.5 is equivalent to a size 9.5. I wear a size 9 to 9.5. I bought the size 43 Northwave Aerlite 3s. They were too big and roomy in the toe area for me, so I plan on returning them for a 42.5.
