The Sunshade is a great product. I got the medium sun shade, but it is still very large with a lot of head room. I am 6ft 1in and have no trouble walking around inside. The shade comes with guy lines and stakes which make it rock solid in the wind. The poles are well made, and insert into full length sleeves on the shade. It’s very strong and I highly recommend this product. The only down side is it is heavy. This is not something you would want to carry very far. Although it does all stow away neatly in a carry bag.

The valve system on this bottle is great. It’s very easy to operate and never leaks. The strap holds the bottle in you hand so you don't even notice it. I use it all the time on my short runs.
