The North Face Freedom Pant - Women's
February 2, 2008
These pants hold up to a lot of wear. Now on my second pair, my first pair was waterproof for well over 100 ski days before the bottoms started to shred as well. The adjustable waist helps to find the best personal fit. At 5'2", I wear the regular length pulled down to just below the waist and they are not too long.

Marmot Flashpoint Hooded Fleece Jacket - Women's

Fits a little baggy, but is the perfect length (down to the hips). Love the tall collar.

Patagonia Capilene 2 Bottom - Women's
February 2, 2008
Capilene 2 - midweight- is the most versatile thermal pant. I rarely get too warm or too cold in the legs on any given ski day. Fit true to size. For a second-skin fit I ordered one pair a size down so the thermals can work under jeans and khakis too.

Cloudveil Troller Mitt
February 2, 2008
The soft leather is pliable and dexterous. I was not expecting individual finger slots, but appreciate the feature. Had always preferred a gauntlet, but these low profile mitts are easy to slip under jacket cuffs to keep the snow out.
