If you own a North Face tent, then you definitely owe it to yourself to buy the TNF Gear Loft 1 (assuming your tent accepts this accessory). It provides more than adequate additional storage for flashlights, books, medication, etc. And, it sits conveniently within easy reach from anywhere in the tent.

This review will be brief -- if you own a tent, you should own a groundcloth for that tent. TNF provides "footprints" that exactly match your tent. For the Talus 23, the footprint is spot on and provides excellent protection from ground moisture and adequate protection from a downpour. With the combination of the footprint and excellent floor selaing of the Talus 23, our sleeping bags and gear stayed high and dry in an all-night thunderstorm.
