It is nearly impossible to bend over in this skirt in a manner that is at all ladylike. It's too short for the straight-legged bend and if you try to squat down the shape of it will ride up and show your skivies. Bottom line: anything you drop on the floor must be abandoned.

This skirt is comfortable, can change its shape, and looks effortless. The biggest challenge with this skirt is finding the right shoes to go with it.

I bought these low hiking boots because I have had a few other pairs of Lowa boots in the past that have been so comfortable and amazing. Unfortunately, the styling on these shoes is a bit much, and as a result, they are really uncomfortable and irritated my toes.

i hate squinting. these sunglasses make it so i never have to, but are really only suitable for days of seriously bright sunshine. they also look killer.

The material is really thick and awkward at first, but once you wash these a few times you'll just slide into them. I can't wait to wear these after a long day of snowboarding.

These are sturdy women's pants that you can wear for outdoor uses that don't make you look completely homely, as so often happens! My boyfriend actually said I looked "sexy" in these pants, because they are feminine and cute. Hallelujah!

Perfect for spontaneous adventures, the free belt is really cute and I LOVE that these shorts come in your choice of length! Scrambling over rocks, there were many chances for these shorts to rip or snag, but they totally held up. The fit is perfect if you have curvy hips, too, but not so much if you have a straight torso.

if you love bright colors, this is it. i wear this hoody over jeans, as a dress, as a jacket--it's amazing. only snag was that one of the snaps fell off the first time around. i got a replacement and the snaps seem really solid now.

This boots kick ass, especially after you take them to the shop to get molded to your feet. If they are a bit snug they can put this piece over your toes to kind of stretch them during the molding process. I agree with the other poster that these boots are really made for ladies with narrow feet, which works out great for me. They are snug in all the right places.

This liner is the perfect weight, but the best part is the terry along the brim of the inside, which keeps it from slipping and keeps it in place the whole day. Look out for some truly awful hat hair, though.

It feels like it was meant to fit in my hand and it doesn't leak. Pick one up while they're cheap!

This top is really soft and fits well, but close-up the text is pretty lame, which was sort of a disappointment. I thought it was all about sentiment, but instead I'm irked that the shirt is really just an add for Powder Magazine.

These socks feel great until you've been on the mountain a few hours. After that time, it starts to feel like they are made of tiny razor blades, mercilessly tearing the skin off the balls of your feet. My feet were on fire and I had to quit that day early to tend to open wounds. To their credit, my feet stayed warm and didn't stink, but the tradeoff I more than I am willing to sacrifice. I'll still wear the socks, just not up on the hill. I have several pairs of socks from a certain Vermont-based snowboard company that have performed flawlessly. I recommend those.

This tank has a really thoughtful design that allows great freedom of movement WITHOUT letting your boobs pop out. Sorry fellas!

After meticulously researching all kinds of boots, I have determined that Lowa makes the best and I can't say enough about them. Lowa's really are a bargain at any price. The traction on every surface is fantastic; from mossy rocks to sandy slopes, these boots own all. They are deceptively simple in design, but they refuse to leak, have never given me a blister, and put up with some serious abuse. Mile after mile, they are super comfortable and supportive. Follow the care instructions in the box-- you'll want these boots to last forever.

These shoes are so comfortable, but beware that if the color is not specified as "true white", it will be a natural beigey off-white color. This goes especially for the black/white check, which is more like black/oatmeal.

I thought this hat would be awesome, and it is, but Prana really needs to cool it with all of the tags. They put an unnecessary "REVERSIBLE" sticker on the ever-so-fragile fish net part which when removed can REALLY mess up the way the hat looks, so BE CAREFUL when taking it off. I did the band-aid method of sticker removal. You may want to try the slow torture approach.

The cotton is so soft and creamy, but if you have any boobs whatsoever, you'll want to order a size up. Trust me.

If you run in the morning and it's cold out, you'll want this jacket. It's warm, like fleece, but won't pill when you wash it.

This is actually my second Windwall 2, having lost my other one somewhere along the way. It's my favorite jacket, and the fleece is the softest you'll ever feel.

I love these shorts. They are comfortable and don't move around when I run. They could definitely do with another pocket, however.

It's been a few months since my first review and sadly, I have a stern warning—this jacket is something I would not label "campfire friendly." I was standing at a reasonably safe distance away from the campfire (3ft, upwind) with my back to it. Somehow I still managed to singe the fleece and now the back of the jacket feels like sandpaper. However, to The North Face’s credit, it still keeps me warm despite its crusty texture. It's just now as awesome looking as before. Don't let this happen to you!

I have only worn these sandals a few times and already I am turning my back on my old stand-bys. My only issue is that my feet are narrow and I have already pulled the straps as tight as they will go. I hear that Chaco will do adjustments, but I'm not sure if this is totally necessary.

This hat looks great, but it has the old fashioned plastic adjuster in the back, which you can't see in the picture, so beware.

It's the prettiest I've ever seen. I have it in the mother of pearl face, which is slightly less iridescent than I'd hoped, but it’s still gorgeous. So far it seems to be holding up extremely well, despite reckless treatment. If I'm lucky, I'll never need to buy another watch, unless I can afford to get the black mother of pearl one too.

I love this jacket. It's perfect for casual wear or out on the trails. The fleece isn't as bulky as with the Denali, but it also doesn't have pitzips, so choose your battle.

These socks feel great around the ankle and don't bunch up in my boots.

This jacket is awesome. I am still finding new pockets a month later. The zipper that connects pants to jacket is incredible if you have compatible pants, which I do. If you're wondering, the combination is great for warmth and keeping snow from creeping in if you take a tumble.
