Bought this for my snowboarder daughter and she loves it. Only drawback is that it will freeze on really cold days, but not as bad as CamelBaks.

Used my new Sidewinder AR in the Alps for a week in all conditions, and was perfectly comfortable all the time. Breathes great but seals out water. Large pit vents. The hood will go over a helmet, but it's kind of tight. The "radio pocket" is too small for most radios, but works great for a remote lift ticket.

Great construction as expected from DAKINE. It would be better if it had straps inside to hold the snowboard in place, like my ski bag has. Other than that, it's great.
