I have been running since I was 15 (my older brothers ran cross country and I tagged along). Now, at the tender age of 48, my joints and connective tissue rebel against my passion to run. The CW-X were advised by a friend of mine. I gave them a positive try. The CW-X haven't dissolved my aches, but they certainly make my running more energizing. These tights cradle my hips and quads. It is almost like getting a light massage as I run. Yes, I purchased two more pair!
