In addition to several Gamma SV softshells, a Gamma MX, and a Sidewinder AR, I own three Maverick ARs, so it should be fairly obvious that I am a big fan of Arc'teryx. Although the Maverick is not the warmest fleece, the fit is outstanding and athletic, and will keep you cozy if you are reasonably "warm blooded". It is great for layering, and also looks cool. The only critical comment I have would be that it tends to pill after a while.

I have two of these jackets and I wear them for just about everything. They're great for wearing to the gym in the winter, and really whenever I need a jacket for temps down to ~15-20 degrees.
