Backcountry.com Stoic eVent Shell - Men's

What are the pockets and storage options on the jacket? Any useful interior pockets?
How is the inside of the collar?
I would use this as a shell for skinning and alpine skiing with a bunch of layers underneath.
Too much ski!
Dynastar Legend Pro Rider Ski
October 19, 2005
I can see the appeal of this ski in open steep powder bowls... but try to turn it in the trees or a narrow chute, and you'd better be prepared to work hard. I demoed these for a day and then switched to Fischer Big Stix, and they were less work for more enjoyment. This ski is for burly men only! If you are less then 6ft tall and 200lb, find a kinder, gentler board!

The iridium lens is great in flat light. Comfortable goggle, helmet compatible. What's not to like?

smaller then it looks.
JanSport Office Envoy - 1450 cu in
March 25, 2005
Solid construction - lots of pockets to hide things. Very comfy shoulder strap. Construction seems pretty solid. It is not a big case - room for the laptop, a few files... but when I start throwing in all the crap I usually lug on the road - spare laptop battery, GPS, sunglasses, advil and assorted other road medications... it runs out of space. So, smaller then I thought it would be, but a very well built product.

Salomon XA Pro 2 Trail Running Shoe - Men's
August 17, 2004
I usually run Asiac 2080's on the road. This is my first try at a trail specific shoe. These are significantly lighter with better grip on wet rock and mud. I usually run between a 9 and a 9 1/2 size... with these shoes, I recommend going to the 9 1/2. They are a tad short and a little narrow in the toe box. I love the shoe, and will buy them again.
