NEMO Equipment Inc. Losi 2P Tent 2-Person 3-Season

Rating for this product: 5 July 22, 2008

I am really happy with this tent. First off, it is a little on the heavy side, but after using it I decided I like the extra luxuries. It is very spacious- 2 people fit comfortably. And both vestibules (one on each side at each door) are plenty large. The walls do go almost vertical and the headroom was more than ample so you feel and appreciate the large amount of room that you end up with. I really liked several little clever touches that Nemo designed into the tent. There are many little subtle things from clips to placement of zippers/pockets to organization etc, and once you actually use the tent you notice and they all really grow on you. It is also very stable in high winds and kept me and my gear completely dry in heavy rain with no fogging whatsoever (mostly mesh upper). Do get the footprint though for the tent floor feels thin. The initial setup was not 100% intuitive to me, even with instructions, but after the second night I felt like a pro (really, do it before your trip so you can take the time to figure out the proper way). So bottom line- dont let the few extra ounces deter you, it is worth serious conideration for two people or even one if you like your pack inside with you at night. I am already bragging about this tent to my friends.
