I compared a TNF Apex small with this jacket in small and found that the North Face fit a little better. I am 5'9" 155 lbs. 15.5 neck 33" arms (long) and 38" chest. The OR Frenzy fits okay, I can get by with the small because I like my clothes to fit on the tight side, but TNF Apex was more spot on, with a sleeves just a bit roomier that I liked. The sleeve length for both jackets was comparable, with the OR just a very small amount shorter. I hope this helps you out a bit.
