Salomon Solaris 2 Hiking Shoe - Women's

I wore the Salomon Solaris 2 shoes on a 4-day Rim-to-Rim Grand Canyon hike last September. Got a 1/2 size bigger than normal to accommodate thick hiking socks. The roomy toebox and great lateral and arch support got me through with no blisters, no aches, no sore spots. The shoes were no match for a determined German shorthair puppy's teeth last weekend, so I'm ordering a new pair. Too bad--I was going to get the old pair bronzed as a testament to my hike.
