My husband, 6' and 200lbs, wants a kayak for his birthday. We've owned several sailboats, but never a kayak. We are moving to the San Juan Island (Pacific NW) soon, so the kayak needs to be ocean-ready. My husband is one of those people who is naturally gifted in any athletics - 1st time he snow-skiied, he was on black diamond trails. He's sailed professionally. Any suggestions as to which kayak to purchase? Thank you so much!
