Split Professor MD Pant - Women's
July 30, 2008
These pants looked fabulous when I pulled them out of the box - I think they'd look great on. However I don't know that for sure because these things are smaller than a small thing can be small. s-m-a-l-l, small! I've returned the 3 and ordered a 5 - hopefully I'm small enough for that!

Rossignol Paradise Skirt - Women's
July 27, 2008
this skirt is so much better in real life than the picture shows. It's really light, stretchy and super comfortable. I was convinced it'd be the only thing I'd wear in the hideous Tokyo summer heat, but then I realized that the lichen shows sweat around the waist and hips - not such a good look. I'll be wearing it with long t-shirts or in the cooler months.

Oh yeah
Spyder Breakout Hooded Sweatshirt - Women's
June 24, 2008
This may just be my new favorite piece of clothing - it's soft, it's warm, it looks hot, the clips at the neck are very cool and the spider detail is a little nasty in a good way. Unfortunately I bought this just as the temp started to rise - maybe I'll turn up the air-con...

Horny Toad Tupelo Dress - Women's
May 29, 2008
this dress has well and truly earned its place in my summer wardrobe: it's a perfect length for me - i have short legs and a long torso - plus it gives me some sun cover without swamping me, the material isn't see-through in the light like a lot of summer dresses and it's just damn fun to wear.

Smith Audrey Sunglasses - Polarized Lens
May 10, 2008
Love the pink on the inside, great lightweight shades that look good and do the job. My sister tried them on and I almost didn't get them back

The North Face WindWall 2 Jacket - Women's
May 10, 2008
I love this jacket but I agree with other reviews - it's bigger than I expected. It's not really snuggly, but it's fabulous for layering - so maybe the extra room is a good?! The hood fits well and I like that the zip goes right up to my neck without choking me. All in all, I'm damn happy

Camping in the mountains in Japan I didn't even know the temp had dropped until my nose began to freeze. I love this bag.

Chaco Z/2 Unaweep Sandal - Women's
April 30, 2008
got my first pair of these after reading the reviews, pulled them out of the box and on to my feet and hit the streets of Tokyo to show some friends around. They were so comfortable - usually after a day in Tokyo my feet are killing me. I can't wait to get these out of the city - I'm a convert.
