Mountain Hardwear Lightpath 3 Tent 3-Person 3-Season

Rating for this product: 5 May 26, 2008

This is one awesome tent. It's sharp looking, it's lightweight, and it does the job. It's nice having such visibility; you can is and watch the stars on a nice night. And it goes up pretty quick and simple, even if it isn't free-standing, and the rainfly's a breeze too. I woke up to rain one night and managed to get it on in less than a minute even without light. Haven't storm tested, but the rainfly's so large that I can't imagine any water ever seeing the inside of this tent. Very high quality and cozy. I'd recommend some more steaks for the rainfly, though.

Nice Pants

Salomon Terra Zip Off Pant - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 May 26, 2008

One of the nicest pair of pants I've ever had. Extremely comfortable, lightweight. Nice pockets. Not only do they dry super-fast, but they bead water pretty well. the only single complaint I have is that they crotch hangs a little low for my taste, so I always keep thinking I need to pull them up. Also, the Safari color is not quite as vibrant as the picture suggests - it's more of a camo green, but still very nice.

Almost Perfect

Columbia Omni-Dry Challenger Convertible Pant - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 May 26, 2008

These are hands-down the most comfortable pair of pants that I have ever worn. Ever. Lightweight, breathable, plenty of useful pockets. It's almost like you're not even wearing pants, and the shorts aren't too short, either. The only one gripe I have is that fossil color tends to not just show the dirt, but attract it. Two days wearing these camping and hiking, and they looked like I was a street bum, and they unfortunately didn't even wash all the way clean. I would highly recommend the darker color, but definitely get these pants!

It's great

Mountain Hardwear Monkey Man Fleece Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 May 8, 2008

I got this not being sure what to expect. It's awesome. Very warm, it seems to hold up very well even in a strong breeze. Given the light weight and warmth factor, a must have for anyone who wants to spend time in anything other than perfect weather. It was a little tight in the armpits and across the chest, but otherwise I have no gripes with it. I haven't had it long enough to determine durability, but it seems to be very well made.
