Baffin Bananas Winter Boots - Kids'

Rating for this product: 4 April 7, 2008

Blame it on procrastinating till the last minute but by the time we got around to buying snow boots for my 8 year old in March, these were one of the only options left. They are a little bit more expensive than I would have liked but after our snow trip, I think they were worth the price. Lots of powder and it snowed all weekend. His feet stayed warm and dry and he was able to stay outside the whole day. These are sturdy construction so I know we will be able to use them for the younger boys. My boy has high arches, which means he needs a wider fit. The fit was fine. The sizing seems to be true to size.

Kamik Frosty Boots - Infants

Rating for this product: 4 April 7, 2008

My baby boy is turning 2 and wears a 6.5 wide. On the advice of other reviewers, we decided to buy a size 7 and a size 8 for the best fit. The size 8 were perfect. I also liked that they are sturdy, yet not too rigid. My son was able to toddle around in the snow quite well, unlike some other boots we tried, which were too rigid at the ankle and restricted his movement. Overall, a good deal.
