i have used these on some tough runs and i mean steep and rocky. the bridger ridge run being one of them. if you tape the ankles and strap these bad boys on you wont be disapointed. the uppers are not the most durable but the support and traction is there 100%. they are the bomb.

how do i know what size of pack to order? I aint no bohemeth, about 5'-9" but i aint no weenie either. about 165 pounds
