Will the yak0064 fairing come above the cross bar on a 1-A rain gutter tower? I am currently using a saris fairing because of the 8"height. thanks much

I have 1-A rain gutter towers on a 1997 f-150. I currently have a saris fairing that works well because of the 8" hight. When I looked for a yakima fairing a few years ago they wer all to short and did not come above the bar. will the yak0064 come above the bar?
