This is the best helmet i have ever worn, it has padding to ensure comfortable fit, removable padding just in case you want to wear a beanie or just make room for you head. Sizes matched exactly. The helmet is so light you barely even feel it and then when i took a hard crash i got whip lash and my head hit but with this helmet i barely felt it. overall the best helmet i have ever had and will ever have. I fully recommend to every one considering this helmet.
