The North Face Park Cargo Pant - Men's
February 25, 2008
these things are great. They fit really well, don't ride up or slide down. They have a light micro fleese type lining which keeps them just warm enough, and the pockets are plentiful and useful. They vent REALLY well so they are extremely versatile for all temperature and weather conditions. Used them in everything from blower storm days with temps well below zero to sunny spring days in the sun at forty thee degrees, was never too hot, never too cold. Get 'em.

great jacket
The North Face Surreal Jacket - Men's
February 25, 2008
this is a truly fantastic one piece jacket. I've used it skiing in huge snows, cold temp -2C, and it ALWAYS keeps me warm and dry. The hood fits over a helmet well and also adjusts well for wear with out a helmet. The jacket's side vents breath well when opened so temperature reg. is decent. One word of caution is that this is a one piece jacket, wich is great for having one jacket that you throw on, but be aware that it's lines with TNF's primaloft and this jacket is WARM. I run a bit warm anyways, but boy I had this on in some 5-10C weather and was too warm when the sun was out. I was only wearing a light first layer and a mid weight Helly Hansen pollypro top and was grilling. If you're looking for a one piece jacket this is the one, if you need more versatility however and might want to wear an unlined shell on a warmer day you may want to think about TNF free thinker shell instead.

Smith Smith Exclusivo Holt Mythology - Limited Edition
February 25, 2008
Fits well, breaths well, comfortable and you have thunderbirds on the back of you're head, does it get better? I also have a Giro Fuse with adjustable vents and thought this would be a major drop in temp regulation since you can't adjust the air holes on the fly. I was happily surprised to find out I was wrong. I run warm so I took out the plugs from the air vents and was comfortable the hole day. Even in below zero wind, it wasn't too cold (perhaps a bit chilly riding all the way up blackcomb but nothing to complain about). Pop in the tune ups ear pads and you're good to go. I find that compared to the Giro this helmet fit a bit smaller, but not enough to size up.

great warm layer.
Mountain Hardwear Monkey Man Fleece Zip T - Long-Sleeve - Men's
February 25, 2008
This is a great layer. Warm enough to wear with a light first layer underneath and breathable enough to layer under a shell on cold day. Only knock on this product is that I find that the thumb holes on the sleeves are in an ackward place that makes the sleeves twist around your arm instead of laying naturally, but it hardly noticable after it's on.

Great Layer
Burton RDM Top - Long-Sleeve - Men's
February 25, 2008
This is a great top. It's a fairly thick for a stretch top (think under armour thicker layer). Keeps you warm, can be worn over a thin first layer. Fits pretty large with LONG sleaves. I am typically a large or extra large in everything and ordered a large and it was just too loose, so I ordered a medium and that fits well (still too long in the arms but nothing that can't be handled). Looks really sweet, enjoy!

Sweet lookin'
Burton RDM Top - Long-Sleeve - Men's
January 24, 2008
This is a really great lookin' mid weight. Feels, fits and performs like heavy underarmour top. Runs a bit big though. I'm 5'8'' 200 fairly big athletic guy and the large didn't fit tight enough even with a skin light 1st layer underneath, least for my prefference. I like them to really hug all over to maximize absorbtion and performance. Great piece of gear though.
