super cute pattern (i got the perriwinkle plaid). it's not too bulky but not tight either. I really like the removable fleece, super cute enough to wear on its own. However the pockets on the fleece are a bit strange-they zip almost to your armpits.

I tried special blend demi pants and they hit too low on the hips. These pants hit just right (i have a torso on the longer side), not so low that i felt like a 14 year old and not so high i felt like a senior. The black can look brownish in certain light, but its nice! that means it can go with any type of jacket/gear. very happy, we'll see what happens when I hit the slopes!

Like previous reviewer said allow some extra inches around the hip (especially for that snow-skirt). But other wise super cute, LOVED the pattern, too bad I had to return it :(

I'm a total fan of Special Blend but these pants were way too low-rise for me. I should have researched the style of the pant more, but I had to return them anyway. I returned them for the SB Eames style and they fit great
