Very Versatile Jacket.
The North Face Catalyst Summit Series Down Jacket - Women's

I live in a ski town, and I was concerned that this jacket would not do the job as well as a heavy "Sub Zero" parka. However, this jacket has worked out quite well. The hood surrounds my head snugly, trapping warm air around my neck and head. True, I am still cold when the wind chill is -20, but so is everybody. And the style makes it worth it!
