Got these with the intention of stepping up my riding in the park. Definitely a worth while purchase. They are pretty comfortable, and at times you forget that they are there. I can definitely notice them working, too. Catching an edge and slamming onto your elbows. Great for the icy conditions that make up 90% of our days in MN. They also don't seem to be too bulky either. They fit under my jacket sleeves without even being able to notice them from the outside. Overall review: Worth what I paid for sure. Nice investment when you can't afford insurance!

I bought a pair of these for this season because I'm getting bored of free-riding and have been finally stepping it up and going to the park (and also can't afford health insurance at my work). It was definitely a good purchase. To prospective buyers: They are very comfortable, can hardly notice them while riding. The waist band isn't as stretchy as a normal pair of compression shorts, so take that into consideration. They're snug when you pull them over your hips, but feel great when you get them where they need to be. They do their job pretty well too, but you can still feel it when you take a hard slam straight on. And they do have a pee hole so you don't have to pull everything down to go. Overall review: Definitely worth what I paid for them. Adds a huge amount of confidence!

I bought these for my girlfriend who is fairly new at riding. After going out the first couple times this year she would take a few pretty good falls each time. I'm not sure what her own opinion of these are, but I can tell you she's not bruised and sore anymore. And that's definitely a good thing. Her having fun = me having fun.
