My Coat =)

Overall I absolutely love my coat...but when I got it, it didn't have a zipper pull on the one pocket. I ended up talking to somebody about the problem and they gave me a credit for the amount that a new zipper pull would cost! Saving me from sending my coat back and possibly not getting any results from it. =) I'd have to say I was very pleased with the service I was provided and with my coat!!
