My husband is a runner, but also a strength and conditioning coach, as well as a certified athletic trainer. I ordered the tights for him, and he was so impressed with their performance that he is going to recommend them for athletes who are recovering from injury, or those with chronic muscle difficulties. He said they could make a huge difference in an athlete getting back into their sport quicker after an injury. I have also purchased the insulated CW-X tights and the criss-cross shirt for him.
