A great choice!
Therm-a-Rest BaseCamp Sleeping Pad
November 4, 2004
I never used a self-inflating mattress before but boy was I glad I had it two weekends ago. It was 40 degrees and I definitely think this mattress helped keep me warm and comfortable. The self-inflating part is very cool, it just takes a little work to get it deflated again and into the stuff sack. Absolutely worth the effort, though!

A great night's sleep
Therm-a-Rest Deluxe Pillow 10x14
November 4, 2004
This is a very comfy pillow that fit nicely into the top of my North Face Catwalk mummy bag. It was about 40 degrees out, so I was all pulled tight into the mummy with the strings adjusted as tight as they would go around my head and across my shoulders, and this pillow was a perfect fit. It definitly enhanced my sleep and it is much softer and more even than stuffing your clothes into the top of the bag. It packs up very small, also, if that is a concern. If you like to be comfortable when camping, I'd recommend adding this to your gear.
