Answer to: "is this a fitted hat or a flexfit hat?"

Arbor Mystic Hat

August 28, 2008

By the tech specs, looks like it's flexfit...
My question is, is it guys only or would it look good on a girl too?

Native Eyewear Tare Sunglasses - Polarized

Rating for this product: 5 July 23, 2008

I have a pretty narrow face as well and it's tough to find sunglasses that don't poke out an inch on either side and make me look like a bug or a little kid. These hug my face really well but the vents prevent them from fogging up on long bike rides. I haven't had any problem with the lenses coming out when they're not supposed to either.

What's with Oakley's sizing?!?

Oakley Checked Out Pant - Women's

Rating for this product: 3 July 23, 2008

I loved these pants but had to return them because they were huge! I normally wear a 6 in pants, got a small instead of a medium which I usually wear and they were still too big. They don't have the xs in the color I'd want, so I had to just send them back. They were really comfy and warm, though and was looking forward to riding in them. :*(

On the fence

Lolė College Sweater - Women's

Rating for this product: 3 July 16, 2008

This sweater's super cute, but it's really low cut and the fit's kinda odd. I'm not sure if it's just the wrong size, but it tends to bunch up just above the ribbing along the bottom so it just doesn't sit as smoothly as I want it to. Mostly I like it though.

Thoroughly annoyed

Blurr Jessie Pant - Women's

Rating for this product: 4 July 16, 2008

These pants are adorable, but they're drowning me!! I normally wear a 6 and that's the only size they had left in these, so I got them. They're not just a "wash them hot and throw them in the dryer" bit too big, they're huge. They're way too big and now this site doesn't have anything smaller left. :(

Love the feel and look

Icebreaker BodyFit200 Chakra Zip Top - Long-Sleeve - Women's

Rating for this product: 4 February 3, 2008

The minute I put it on I could tell I'd be wearing it a ton this winter. It's super comfy and ridiculously soft. It's not as warm as I was hoping or thinking it would be, but it's an excellent base layer. It's also really cute. I got the black one and it actually looks good by itself- not like a base layer.

It's not a love thing, but I suppose it could be a crush.

Special Blend Shifter Snowboard Jacket - Women's

Rating for this product: 3 January 28, 2008

I love the snow/powder skirt and that it's compatible with my Foursquare snowpants. I love the shell and the liner's super cute, but I hate the material of the liner. It's not breathable and it always makes my arms and neck sweat. :( Another thing I don't love about it is that the hood is so deep and the opening for the hood is kind of small. The problem is that the chin-guard part of the front is attached to it. That means that in order to zip it all the way up and have it protect my chin/nose, the hood has to be on. I don't like the hood on because the opening is small and obstructs my peripheral vision esp with the fur on. I do like that I can take the fur off though. I also wish it had a pass pocket. All in all, it's a very warm coat and I love the shell but not as in love with it as I thought I'd be.

Toasty but bulky

DAKINE Scout Mittens

Rating for this product: 4 January 7, 2008

I love that it has a cinch at the base of the glove and another one right at the wrist. My only complaint is that they're bulkier than I would like in the fingers. It may just be because I am used to my children's XL that I used last year but these seem harder to grab with. The material's super warm but breathable so my hands don't sweat even if I leave the liner in.
