it's listed that suspenders are removable, but can you remove it COMPLETELY so you can just wear it as a pant? I have an outdoor research mentor pant- suspenders are removable, but only at the front, you still have to use the suspender.
i believe Mountain Hardwear Defiant pant allows suspenders be removed completely.

Event is better than Gore-Tex. Comparing with other gore-tex pants, this is much cooler to wear (definitely need to layer out with this for ski/winter use), and i never break a sweat wearing this. Well-tailored for me (5'8, 180lbs). Now I want an Event jacket.
