Awesome!
The North Face Paramount Convertible Pant - Men's
July 20, 2008
You cannot beat these pants, they are worth the money. I have a few pair and wear them 6 days a week for work, school, and playing in the outdoors. I LOVE all the pockets! They seem to be pretty true to size. I like the dune beige the best. People do not even think they are backpacking pants!

Columbia Venture Pant
Columbia Venture Convertible Pant - Men's
January 19, 2008
I got these pants for Christmas and they are ok. The fabric feels a little more natural than The North Face convertible pants. There were many threads that needed to be cut off. The Velcro fastening side pockets do not like to stay closed and should have two Velcro pads instead of one. They are comfortable but seemed to shrink a little. I am not very impressed with the quality of these pants compared to some other top outdoors brands.

Great Jacket!
The North Face Apex Bionic Jacket - Men's
January 7, 2008
I got this jacket for Christmas and love it! The fabric does a pretty good job of repelling rain and snow and blocks the wind very well. It is not the warmest, but with a fleece shirt underneath I was comfortable down to freezing. The drawstring chords at the waist are nice and keep wind from coming in. I am 5'9" with long arms and a Medium fit perfect. A good all-around jacket for running around town and rainy/windy days on the trail!

Great Headlamp!
Petzl e+LITE Emergency Headlamp
January 7, 2008
The e+Lite is a great little lightweight headlamp. The red LED is nice for preserving night vision. The head can be mounted on a hat with the clip on the back and can be rotated up/down and 360deg. Great for someone who does not hike at night much and needs a very versatile, light, water resistant, rugged, and multipurpose headlamp or backup. When not on the trail, this is going to be in my emergency preparedness kit!

TNF Paramount Convertible Pant
The North Face Paramount Convertible Pant - Men's
December 24, 2007
These pants are great! They are lightweight and feel a little loose, perfect for scrambling around on and off the trail. With all the pockets, I love them for work pants so I can keep small tools and my flashlight on me at all times. The fabric seems to be very resistant to wind and dry very fast. Since I started wearing Paramount convertible pants, I hardly ever wear blue jeans any more!

Momentum Jacket
The North Face Momentum Jacket - Men's
October 16, 2007
I love TNF Momentum Jacket! The TKA Stretch fabric is soft and has a nice sleek appearance. Originally I got a large and that was way to big and exchanged for a medium. It is good and has a "loose" performance fit. To get that close performance fit order a size down. The monkey thumbs are great and make the sleeves a little longer to cover your hands. It is warm but will not block the wind. I receive lots of compliments about how good it looks. Great for the trail and stylish for running around town.

Love this pullover!
The North Face TKA 100 Glacier 1/4 Zip Fleece Pullover - Men's
October 16, 2007
The TKA 100 Glacier pullover is excellent. It is so soft! Great as a base or mid layer for cool evenings or early mornings. The length is good but the sleeves are just a little short. Be careful around velcro with it. Other than that it is great.

I love these insulated pants!
The North Face Paramount Insulated Pant - Men's
September 13, 2007
They fit perfect (32 Long). These pants are just right for when it is a little too cool for normal hiking pants. They seem to take a minute or two to warm up but after that they are great. I love the fleece lined pockets!
