I ordered the wrong color frames but, called and spoke to Jason who walked me through the return process and got me what I wanted. Very smooth process. The only recommendation would be once the returned item has been received - customer service contacted the sender and let them know it has been received and when to expect a credit on their card. Thanks and looking FWD to doing more business in the very near future.
