Grand Mesa qualities

Kelty Grand Mesa 4 Tent 4-Person 3-Season

Rating for this product: 5 August 27, 2007

I used the grand mesa 4 person tent for a week in the Wind River range in Wyoming with my family, and it held up really well. I selected this tent because of the low weight/good space for backpacking. It was easy to setup, and withstood nightly thunderstorms with hail and strong gusty winds. The material is kind of thin, but that's what makes it lighter to carry. I used a plastic sheet for my ground cloth which will help extend the life of the tent. Decent tent for the money.
