the Maze shirt

prAna Maze T-Shirt Short-Sleeve - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 August 31, 2007

Like the color, the graphic, and the feel of the fabric. The front logo looks off center and crooked. I reordered the shirt and it was the same. I guess it's meant to be that way. The back logo is good.

the Typhoon

Mountain Hardwear Typhoon Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 3 August 27, 2007

Light weight, thin, and about 2 inches short in length. It has a very thin, plastic-y feel. Reminds of a cheep jacket from my youth. Not what I was looking for but I'm sure with the Gore-Tex name and extreme lightness it would perform well for some conditions. When I put it on I instantly thought my shirt tail would get wet if not tucked in. Returned.

This is my favorite pant right now. It's so soft. I keep forgetting it's a North Face.

not my shirt

Mountain Hardwear Carson Button-Down Short-Sleeve Shirt - Men's

Rating for this product: 2 August 12, 2007

I would say it's a loud shirt, polyester feeling, that makes those annoying zirp-zirp-zirp sounds when you move. And I obviously didn't read the description because it indeed has full length zippers down both sides of the shirt and a collar that flips up 2 and 1/2 times to cover my entire neck. If I wanted any of those features I might be happy but I did not like this shirt. Also, the Chipolte color is slightly orange looking.

nice shirt

Mountain Hardwear Gradient Shirt - Short-Sleeve - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 August 6, 2007

This is a comfortable, well-fitting shirt. The fit is a tiny bit shorter than I prefer but good on my narrow shoulders. If you're wide go with a bigger size. I received a compliment on its looks, something like "good cut, an Indian style to it." The shirt almost has a sheen to it.

white Oakley stretch shirt

Oakley Stretch Button-Down Shirt - Short-Sleeve - Men's

Rating for this product: 3 July 27, 2007

Regarding the white Oakley stretch shirt: It looked like a really nice shirt and it fit well (I got the Medium). The Oakley word on the front pocket is actually metal and sticks out from the shirt. It's almost heavy enough to deform the pocket, and maybe with time it will. It's stitched on via some backing plate. It's a very crisp, clean looking white shirt. I returned it because of the Oakley logo only.
